Woodland Creature Memes for Some Winter Wonderland Whimsy

Woodland creatures are always living their best lives. Basking in the rays of sunlight that dance between the tree branches, sipping from slow-moving creeks, and resting next to an age-old tree. What's better than that?

We need to find some ways to encapsulate that feeling and apply it to our own lives. Our 9-5s make finding a time to breathe and take it easy a little challenging, so we're thinking that another way to choose the slow life is through the internet. More specifically, photos of cute creatures cuddling with what Mother Nature has to offer!

A forest is filled with all kinda of whimsical creatures, most of which are not domestic. We can't keep fawns as pets, nor can we cage up wild rabbits, but watching from a distance gives us all that we need for a hoot of a time. What's your favorite woodland animal? I'm biased to fawns and baby bears, as are most of you, but there are plenty of other animals that we don't see in our daily lives that live their best lives out in nature.

Walking in a winter wonderland is a little difficult when there's snow up to your knees, and you haven't found a comfy pair of snowboots in the last few years, and some of you might simply be longing for summer the way a baby bear longs for their mother. We haven't gotten out of our winter hibernation yet, and neither have they! So, in the meantime, we must make do with what we have. Scroll below to get a taste of the woodland life.

Imagine you're waiting for your best buddy to pick you up in their car, and you have to throw something in their trunk. You open it up, and all you see are a few baby deer cuddling with eachother as if their lives depended on it. You know there's no real logical way you can join the cuddle sesh, so you give them loving eyes. Then, you snap out of it and ask your friend what the heck is going on. Because who has deer just hanging out in the back of their car? Sounds like a dream, though…
